You open accounts at TD Ameritrade who will be the custodian of your funds.
You grant me trading authority. The account is your account.
Only you can withdraw money from it. You can look at your accounts at any time.
You get a statement for each trade, as well as quarterly and monthly statements if there is activity in the account.
I cannot move the money in the account, not even to one of your other accounts.
You can terminate my services at any time without notice.
There are no cancellation fees.
If you desire another advisor, you revoke the trading authority and grant it to someone else or transfer the funds.
I would help you with that if needed.
