Quarterly Management Fees

We charge quarterly by assets under management: 0.25% for the first million, 0.2% for the next 2 millions, and 0.15% for the next 2 million. Fees are calculated on assets reported by the custodian at the end of the custodian’s reporting periods for Mar., Jun., Sep., Dec., payable by April 30, July 31, October 31, and January 31. The fee includes financial planning and consulting. We usually return calls or e-mails within 24 hrs. The fees are the same for any asset we manage, including fixed income. You can reduce your fee by managing some assets yourselves, e.g., fixed income. We are glad to advise you which bonds or notes to buy at no extra charge. You cannot buy DFA institutional funds directly, but you can buy similar funds available to individuals. We can purchase most load funds without a load.
